the room was spacious with excellent service and a bathroom that was spotless. Breakfast was served every morning with a vast array of choices. the facilities and view were amazing, with horses to ride, a pool to swim in, and breathtaking polo fields.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing for the price, with a limited menu that got monotonous after a while.

The hotel had a great location, it was surrounded by stunning nature and near many interesting sights. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast which had a variety of options to please everyone's taste. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic wine selection that was perfect for Christmas dinner.

The service was not up to par. Several times, staff members were unable to attend to our requests and seemed overwhelmed by the holiday crowd.

My stay at this magnificently designed hotel was a dream come true. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP, remembering my name and catering to my every need. The mid-century modern decor throughout the property was impeccable, and my bi-level room was spacious and stylish. The highlight of my stay was the feijoada buffet on Saturday and the mouthwatering barbecue on Sunday. The food was exceptional, and I couldn't resist indulging in a relaxing massage at the spa, which was hands down the best my wife had ever experienced. The pool was a true oasis, and I appreciated the separate kids and adult pool areas. The sheer beauty and serenity of this place truly allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a luxurious getaway.

I was blown away by the stunning view of the lake and the upscale farm that this hotel offers. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, and they were able to speak English well. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and I enjoyed spending time biking around and visiting the spa. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and I loved the decor of the lobby and rooms.

Stayed at a hotel close to Sao Paulo for Xmas. Loved the stunning views of the beautiful golf course, great architecture, and complimentary Wi-Fi. the staff was friendly and efficient, catering to all our requests quickly.

The coffee pods in the room had an extra charge, which was disappointing. the restaurant was a bit pricey, so it might be better to venture out for food.

An Opulent and gorgeous venue that caters to every luxurious need. the exclusive amenities such as the Spa & wellness center, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and multiple massage options were fulfilling.
